Jacqueline Fernandez revealed that she has been dealing with major anxiety for a while now and yoga is helping her a lot in dealing with them. Since the Year 2020 began, for almost all of us it has been an unusual period because of the coronavirus outbreak that still continues to have a global footprint with no end in sight. As we all know that like all of us, celebrities too are a part of the general public, therefore they too have been facing mental struggles to cope with these coronavirus times.
Sri Lankan Origin Actress Jacqueline Fernandez was talking about dealing with major anxiety in the past few weeks, and what helped her deal with it. Jacqueline revealed that she has been practicing yoga consistently for a while now, and the most important lesson it taught her is gratitude towards life. Jacqueline went to her Instagram handle and shared a video of her practicing yoga.

Talking about Jacqueline and her mental health issues. This is not the first time that Jacqueline has come out in open and talked about her struggle with both anxiety and depression. This is a good approach, as unless and until you recognise that there is a problem with you, you cannot get rid of it.
Sometime back during a media talk, Jacqueline had shared that she is usually considered to be cheerful but that is not the case in general. Jacqueline revealed that she finds herself crying for no reason sometimes, and cannot shake off the feeling of numbness. According to Jacqueline, one has no idea how depression feels until one actually goes through it.
