Vivek Oberoi is a Creep, Says Veteran Bollywood Actress Asha Parekh

Veteran Bollywood Actress Asha Parekh has called Vivek Oberoi a creep after latter’s irresponsible comments on his relationship with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. It seems that the cheap publicity stunt that Vivek resorted to has backfired at him from all directions. For those who are unknown about what he did, below are some details.

Just a few days back, he shared a meme that featured him alongside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aaradhya Bachchan. After seeing this meme, Vivek was very rightly subjected to flak from netizens that also included who’s who of Bollywood.

In the past, Vivek was slammed by Sonam Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar, and Madhur Bhandarkar for his this cheap deed of his and now veteran actress: Asha Parekh has also slammed him for this irresponsible behavior.

While talking to Deccan Chronicle, Asha Parekh said,

“It’s shameful. He should at least respect the lady with whom he had a relationship. He is a creep.”

Veteran Bollywood Actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha also lashed out at Vivek. His exact statement went like this,

“Does he know what a great responsibility it is for any actor to play the prime minister of the country? To do so, one needs to exercise immense self-restraint. Where is the dignity in using social media to get cheap publicity? I don’t think an actor who insults the daughter-in-law of Bollywood’s most distinguished film family deserves to play the Prime Minister.”

Meanwhile, Abhishek & Salman both of whom were present in Vivek’s meme unwillingly chose not to give any reaction to this cheap job. While Abhishek was angry in the beginning, he was wisely cooled down by Aishwarya, who convinced him not to react to Vivek’s tweet.

A source close to the Bachchan family said,

“Abhishek for once was ready to fire back all cylinders ‘go’. It takes a lot to get him angry. But this disparaging tweet really got his goal.”

The source further shared,

“She is in Cannes and when she heard about it she was bemused and baffled. She had to calm Abhishek down. She cannily saw through Oberoi’s ruse to get publicity for his pitiable Narendra Modi biopic. She told Abhishek not to play into his hands.”

Meanwhile, Vivek deleted the tweet and issued a public apology.
