THIS Classic Yash Chopra Film Is Going For A Remake — Even though Aditya Chopra may have missed the year-long celebrations marking the completion of 50 years. It has come to our notice that among the proposed films of Yash Raj Films, Vicky Kaushal & Manushi Chillar will be cast in the remake of Yash Chopra’s famous film ‘Dharmaputra’ and will re-teach the brotherhood to the people, forgetting the social animosity.
According to the information, the story of this new film of Yash Raj Films will be largely inspired by Yash Chopra’s 1961 film ‘Dharmaputra’. However, as much drama as there was in the 1961 film, Vijay Krishna Acharya, the director of Vicky’s film, will not show it to that extent. He has made preparations to revive the message of this film once again but only in a light manner. Vijay does not want the audience to find the film too heavy. He only wants to make sure that the film entertains the audience and conveys its message well.
Vijay Krishna Acharya is very much inspired by the popular song ‘Tu Hindu Banega na Mussalman Banega, Insan ki Aulad Hai Insan Banega’ from the film ‘Dharmaputra’. And keeping this line in mind, he is preparing the script for his film. This film is to be produced in the production house of Aditya Chopra which will start next year and the release will also be done next year.
Victor’s film hero Vicky Kaushal will work under the banner of Yash Raj Films for the first time. At the same time, Manushi Chillar is making her debut with Yash Raj Films. Se will soon be seen playing the role of Sanyogita in the film Prithviraj alongside actor Akshay Kumar.
Vicky and Manushi’s film was to be announced along with Salman’s ‘Tiger 3‘, Shah Rukh’s ‘Pathan’ and Ajay Devgn’s film. But Yash Raj Films has postponed the formal announcement of its new slate. Vijay Krishna Acharya’s previous film was ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ for the Yash Raj film.
