Sylvester Stallone’s Hindi Version of Rambo Starring Tiger Shroff Will Release on THIS Date

After the success of Student of the Year 2, Tiger Shroff is all ready to start with the new one. According to the reports, Shroff will be seen in the Hindi version of Hollywood Classic blockbuster ‘Rambo’, starring Sylvester Stallone. The film was announced a while back and is yet to start with the principal photography. The film, which is directed by Siddharth Anand is yet to be officially titled and the pre-production work of the film is in progress. The latest update that we got on the film is that the makers of the film have locked a release date.

According to the reports by Mirror, the Hindi adaptation of ‘Rambo’ will hit the theaters on Gandhi Jayanti next year, that is, 2nd of October, 2020.

“After I complete my current film with Tiger and Hrithik Roshan, I will start prepping for Rambo from September. Tiger will begin his prep from November-December and we will set the ball rolling in the new year, shooting both in India and abroad. The recce will begin soon. We have already locked release date, October 2, 2020,” the director told the Mumbai Mirror.

Adding further he said,

“Rambo is primarily known for its action, but I can promise you that in my film, the story will resonate too with our audience. It’s a story that needs to be told, given the present political dynamics in the country. Of course, the action will be big but like Steven Spielberg once said,’if it’s action without emotions the audience watches dispassionately’. So, the emotions need to be in sync with the action.”

Rambo is a kind of film that is considered as a cult classic in the history of cinema and Sylvester Stallone has inspired many individuals to take up and working out. Rambo was a franchise in itself and was released in four installments with the final being the end of it.

Student of the Year 2 Box Office

Talking about, Tiger Shroff, he just had a release, Student of the Year 2, and the film is getting mixed reviews from the movie goers. SOTY2 was directed by Punit Malhotra and starred two debutants, Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria. Tiger Shroff is also gearing up for his next project with Shraddha Kapoor, that is ‘Baaghi 3’.
