This is the Real Name of Sushant’s Ex-Girlfriend Ankita Lokhande

Late Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande first met each other on the sets of Pavitra Rishta and were in a relationship for 6 years before going separate ways. Ankita Lokhande, a popular TV name who recently made her Bollywood entry is also known for her household character Archana in Pavitra Rishta.

But it will amaze you to know that Ankita was not her real name, it was Tanuja. Ankita was her pet name and she chose to use it as her stage name. This is something that only a few people close to Ankita might know about. Talking about the present, the actress for the longest time, Ankita has been inactive on every social media account of her’s ever since Sushant left for heaven. Her last social media presence was noted on June 13, a day before her ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide in his Bandra apartment.

As both Ankita and Sushant were almost on the verge of tying the knot before breaking up. Ankita is finding it difficult to believe the reality that Sushant is no more in this world. Sometime back, Bigg Boss 13 contestant Arti Singh had also talked about Sushant’s death and how Ankita is coping with it all. Arti said,

“I had known Sushant through Ankita (Lokhande) only. He was a very nice guy and was very motivating. I have spoken to Ankita and asked her if she is fine. Ankita needs her space and I want to give her that.”

Sushant’s father KK Singh had revealed to the media in an interview that Ankita is the only woman from his son’s life that he ever spoke to. Mr. Singh also revealed that Ankita had visited the family in Patna as well. Both were supposed to get married in December 2016 but unfortunately broke up in the first half of the year.

Sushant and Ankita’s mutual friend: Sandip Ssingh had also penned some heart-warming things about Ankita.
