Sid And Parineeti Have Brought The House Down In ‘Jabariya Jodi’ Song ‘Macchardani’

Jabariya Jodi makers have dropped the latest track ‘Macchardani’ from the film on Wednesday. The female lead cum on-screen bride tweeted the song link and captioned it with words,

“Make way for some Jabariya style celebrations! The ‘hatke’ wedding song of the year Macchardani video out now.”

Sung by the Duo: Vishal Mishra and Jyotica Tangri, the song lyrics are penned by Raj Shekhar. This two-minute twenty nine-seconds long wedding track features Parineeti Chopra, Sidharth Malhotra and Aparshakti Khurana.

This song has been developed especially for Parineeti’s on-screen haldi ceremony.

She looks gorgeous in blingy white sharara paired with golden earrings and green bangles. There is a saying that beauty doesn’t need any makeup, same is the case here with Parineeti. She’s wearing minimal makeup that is highlighting just her eyes in blue kohl. On the other hand, Sidharth could be seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans with colourful stole.

Have a look at the track here:

Parineeti is playing a smart, fearless and bold Babli Yadav who looks both elegant and pretty throughout the song. While Sidharth looks rustic matching with the character he will be seen playing in the film.

Coming to the movie’s plot, Jabariya Jodi is based on the practice of abduction of grooms (Pakadwa Vivah) prevalent in the Indian state of Bihar. The ‘Pakadwa Vivah’ is a practice in which the groom is kidnapped by the bride’s family and forced into marriage in order to avoid any dowry related issues.

Helmed by Prashant Singh, it is an Ekta Kapoor production under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures and Shailesh Singh’s Karma Media Net.

When it comes to Parineeti’s next project, she will be next seen in ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ opposite Arjun Kapoor, ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’, the Saina Nehwal biopic and the Hindi remake of ‘The Girl on the Train’.

And Siddharth on the other hand, will next appear in ‘Marjaavan’ opposite ‘Ek Villain’ co-star Riteish Deshmukh and SOTY 2 star: Tara Sutaria.
