Bollywood megastar, Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. He was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai as he was complaining of chest pain and breathing problems. Last week he tweeted that he was doing well and has tested negative for COVID-19. The actor got discharged from the hospital on Monday.
On Tuesday he tweeted this cryptic message,
“Hi friends, I’m taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and well wishes, I will be back soon,”
According to the reports, the 61-year-old actor will soon fly to the US for his treatment.
Within a few hours of his tweet, several users on social media showed their concern and wished for his speedy recovery and also trended #GetWellSoonBaba.
One of the users wrote,
Sad News:#SanjayDutt has been diagnosed with lung cancer.”
While another said, “Get well soon #MunnaBhai. I’m praying for your speedy recovery. God bless you! Loads of love. #SanjayDutt.”
Cricketer star, Yuvraj Singh, was also diagnosed with a tumor in his left lung in 2011. In a tweet he mentioned his concerns, he says,
“You are, have, and always will be a fighter @duttsanjay. I know the pain it causes but I also know you are strong and will see this tough phase through. My prayers and best wishes for your speedy recovery”
Sanjay Dutt is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood. He was last seen in the period drama film ‘Panipat’.
He will be next seen in multi starrer ‘Sadaak 2’ along with Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ opposite Sonakshi Sinha and Ajay Devgn.
