Kanagana Ranaut’s Sister Rangoli Chandel Now Targets Kiara Advani’s ‘Indoo Ki Jawani’

After Taking On Hrithik For Super 30, now it is Kiara Advani’s turn to be tweet target of Rangoli Chandel. Is it something to be surprised about or just a normal thing that Kangana is not putting a stop at her sister and public image mismanager Rangoli’s tweet assaults.

Off late, Kangana Ranaut’s elder sister Rangoli Chandel has been on fire on Twitter. As we have also reported in the past, that she is never shy while taking a dig at the industry folks and her tweets are proof to that. Many B-town celebs have been on her hit list till date like Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. This time she threw the tweet dart on Kiara Advani for her upcoming film Indoo Ki Jawani which was announced yesterday. She took a jibe at Kiara’s new film and called Bollywood ‘sexist’.

She also subjected film industry’s women empowerment movement to questioning by stating that how a film can be titled Indoo Ki Jawani. Her tweet read like this,

“How can a film be called Indu ki Jawani? On one hand we talk about women empowerment and on other hand we present them like toys.”

She further wrote,

“if censor approves this then its a slap on our faces and our future girl children will forever be ashamed of us that we women didn’t stand for ourselves or them.”

Not stopping at this she further tweeted,

“Sexist bollywood how do you look your daughters in the eye after making such sexist films #shame.”

Here is some know-how about ‘Indoo Ki Jawani’ for our readers. Kiara made a public announcement regarding it yesterday. It will be directed by Bengali filmmaker Abir Sengupta. It is the story that revolves around a girl hailing from Ghaziabad who creates a big mess through the medium of an online dating app.

Kiara even used the hashtag ‘girl power’ while announcing her film. Kiara’s Kabir Singh is set to release on coming 21st June, where she will be the lady love of Shahid Kapoor.
