Actor Randeep Hooda is preparing himself to share the silver screen with our Thor: Chris Hemsworth in Netflix’s upcoming film Extraction, major portions of which have also been shot in India in 2019.
This Saturday, Randeep took to his Twitter account and tweeted a pic of himself from the studio, dubbing in Hindi for the film. He could be seen standing in front of a monitor in which Randeep could be seen fighting Chris with the most threatening look on his face.
Randeep’s tweet read,
“Hindi Dubbing #Extraction Thor ka hathoda ya dahi kilo ka haath (Thor’s hammer or 2.5 kg arm).”
Sometime back, Chris had opened up to PTI about his experience of shooting in India and collaborating with Randeep.
“With Randeep, it’s wonderful. Our first introduction was… We had three weeks of fighting each other and we both had our fair share of cuts and bruises. And a couple of times I nicked him, but it was by accident and I felt very embarrassed. He (Randeep) wasn’t angry at me. He has been great to work with. And then we’ve had little moments of quiet dialogue.”
For the uninformed, Thor aka Chris Hemsworth was scheduled to visit Mumbai accompanied by Extraction director Sam Hargrave on March 16th, however, the event was canceled due to the coronavirus scare. Extraction is a movie based on Tyler Rake, a character played by Chris, a fearless, black market mercenary, who goes on the most deadly extraction of his career. The film is scheduled to make its box office debut on April 24.
