Ayushman Khurana will spend his birthday on Monday with his fitness coach taking physical training for his next film. Abhishek Kapoor, who directed super hit films like Kai Po Che, Rock On and Kedarnath, has been working hard day and night for this film and believes that even a day’s rest in this preparation will spoil all his work.
Ayushmann, who is turning 36, says that he is deeply engrossed in the preparations for this film directed by Abhishek Kapoor. He says that he doesn’t have much time for the physical bodybuilding that he has been given for this film. That is why despite being surrounded by friends & family, he cannot take a holiday on this day.
Ayushman also said that it has been really difficult for him to move beyond his ability and take rest because he wants to bring a special kind of change within himself. He has certain expectations and he wants the audience to see something new in him. Ayushmann’s training program for this film is made by days, and on Monday its legs day for him.
In this exercise, he has to put a lot of emphasis on his ankles, calves, knees & thighs. For Ayushman, Monday has been the most difficult day and this time his birthday has also fallen on this day. He thinks to skip this Monday workout but then he convinces himself that there is no satisfaction without taking pain. He wishes that hi coach has a little mercy on him on Monday so that he can remain in the shape of cutting the cake in the evening.
Ayushmann is living with his family in Chandigarh, far from Mumbai. This is a special occasion for him as it has been a time to celebrate his birthday with his parents & his whole family. He is preparing himself for the yet-to-be-titled film which is a love story set in North India and would star him along with actor Vaani Kapoor.
