Sushant’s family lawyer replied
On the complaint given by Rhea Chakraborty to Mumbai Police & Bandra Police, Advocate Vikas Singh said in his statement that it is clear from this complaint that an attempt is being made to keep the Mumbai Police connected to this case in any way so that they can Handle the case their way and ensure that Sushant’s family does not get justice. He said that if the Mumbai Police files a complaint then we will go to the Supreme Court, because it is a contempt case. The Mumbai Police has no right to take complaint.
Vikas Singh said that after so many days, it is wrong for Mumbai Police to file a complaint against Priyanka Singh. This case is tried to be given a different twist. Bandra Police does not have the right to register an FIR. If the police does so, then it would be a direct violation of the order of the Supreme Court.
