A video is doing rounds on social media, in which one can see Alba Fores who played Nairobi in Money Heist playing the character of an Andhra woman and also speaking Telugu.
This scene came as a delight to Nairobi’s Indian fans, as it gives Money Heist an Indian connection.
Every Money Heist loyalist will for sure be a fan of Alba Fores who played Nairobi in the hit series. But not many are aware of the fact that the actress played an Indian character in the early part of her career. We are talking about Spanish film Vicente Ferrer that was released in 2013 and Alba appeared as an Andhra woman in the same and also spoke Telugu.
Talking about Money Heist, it has been in the top 10 most trending shows in India on Netflix, since the launch of its 4th season recently. This clip that we are talking about shows Flores as a woman from Anthapuram in Andhra Pradesh, wearing a sari and a bindi.

Talking to the media, Money Heist director Alex Rodrigo acknowledged the show’s fandom in India and even cast a Bollywood remake. Rodrigo said that Ayushmann Khurrana would probably make for a good Indian version of the Professor.
