Milind Soman is currently enjoying the lockdown period with his wife, Ankita Konwar. The couple is always seen promoting a healthy and environment-friendly lifestyle. They together support various social causes, and they often use their social media page to spread awareness for the same. If you love Milind soman, as much as we do, then you must be aware that the model tries to protect nature as much as he can.
Recently, the couple along with their mother went on a small trek to a shiv temple. And to make their trip a little interesting, the couple decided to pick up garbage on their way and they even posted the same on social media to spread awareness and let people know how damaging it could be to the environment. In his caption, he added that after picking up all the garbage, he wanted to throw all of it in the dustbin but unfortunately, the temple authorities said that they did not have it because of monkey menace.
They told him that they burn all the garbage in the forest. He was shocked on hearing that, and that’s when he urged people to be smarter than monkeys and requested food companies to make biodegradable packaging.

Milind Soman captioned his post, “Small trek to a Shiva temple at the top of a hill today with @ankita_earthy and @somanusha To make it more fun and to show my respect to the deity, I picked up as much garbage as I could along the holy trail. Strangely, at the temple I was told by the caretaker that there were no dustbins because of monkeys throwing the garbage out of the bins, and all garbage would be burnt in the forest. Point no.1 – I really think the time has come for us to be smarter than monkeys. Point no. 2 – Food companies really need to start using bio degradable packaging so that more people can eat more junk, guiltfree (sic),”
