Bharat female lead: Katrina Kaif used her Instagram to share her workout routine with her fans.
We all very well know this fact that Katrina Kaif is a fitness enthusiast & she never misses on any of her workout session. She very frequently talks about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When it comes to her Instagram, it is always up to date with photos & videos from her workout session setting new fitness goals for her fans. This Bharat actor is a motivation to many Bollywood citizens and they more often laud about her fit body. A lot of them have even talked about how she has been motivating with her Instagram posts.
This time, this stylish actor took to her Instagram story & shared a pic of her workout routine given to her by her fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. In the shared pic, she could be seen doing a reverse lunge, jump squats, walking lunges, boxing jumps, sumo squats, deadlifts, burpees, and mountain climber to name a few.

Sometime back while attending a public event, Katrina spoke about fitness stating,
“It is important to know what works for you, but remember you only have one body to live this life in, just make sure that you are taking care of it the best you can because it is going everywhere with you.”
When her trainer Yasmin was asked about her routine, Yasmin replied,
“She is a very hardworking girl. She left the set at 7 pm (her call time was 8-8.15 am), pack up and come straight to the gym at 10.30-11 pm in the night, and stay till past midnight and then go back to the sets by 8 am the next day and shoot the song. Katrina is at the best fitness level in her life right now.”
