Katrina Kaif Finally Responds to Working With Only A-Listed Actors

One of the topmost actresses of Bollywood industry, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Zero with Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. Before that, she worked in Thugs of Hindustan with Aamir Khan and before that in Tiger Zinda Hai with Salman Khan. Surprisingly, we have observed, that in her upcoming projects like Bharat (with Salman) and Sooryavanshi (with Akshay Kumar) she again will be seen opposite A-Listed actors only.

When questioned about the same, Katrina told to the media agency,

“From what I am offered, I choose the best one. (It is) not on the basis of who is the actor in the film or whether it has Akshay or Salman. These are just the coincidences. In this industry, you end up working together for years. I read every script. It is just coincidence that these films have appealed to me.” She further added, “For me, the joy comes from my work, from the characters that I am playing than this (co-stars). (But) It is good to be working in a friendly environment and there is a sense of trust.”

While speaking about her forthcoming movie, Bharat, the Zero actress believes that this movie was made for her.

“It came to me out of the blue. I was on the treadmill and the call came and I told Ali, ‘are you joking?’ Because they were leaving in a few days to shoot the film.” she added, “Ali said, ‘there is a little bit of change for some reason’. He sent me the script and I loved it. It was something that I wanted to take as a challenge. I felt there was a lot for me to do in the film. It was a fantastic experience.”

Talking about her upcoming film, Bharat, the film has an ensemble cast which includes Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Sunil Grover, Disha Patani and Nora Fatehi in pivotal roles. It’s produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar.

The film is said to be an official remake of the South Korean blockbuster ‘Ode To My Father’. if the reports are to be believed, the Tubelight actor will be seen sporting five different looks in the film spanning 60 years, including a crucial part which will showcase the actor in his late 20s, looking much leaner and younger.
