Kartik Aryan Discusses Mental Health Issues on ‘Koki Poochega’

After interviewing a doctor, police officer, nutritionist, and journalist, Bollywood celebrity, Kartik Aaryan, has now shifted his attention to a psychiatrist (Dr. Geetha Jayaram) to have a detailed discussion with her on mental health.

No matter how big of a name you are on a local, national, or international scale, all of us suffer from some ailments. Mental health is something that isn’t openly discussed in public but they strike with their utmost effectiveness in solitude. Sushant Singh Rajput died due to this ailment and since then, people have started talking about Mental health and his worst consequences. To highlight its importance in our life especially in these coronavirus times, Kartik Aaryan has started a new series of his own on his official YouTube page with the name: ‘Koki Poochega’.

Kartik Aaryan went to his official Instagram page and shared a short snippet from his interview with psychiatrist Dr. Geetha Jayaram as a part of his ‘Koki Poochega‘ series. Kartik put some forward some queries related to mental health amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and more. Kartik captioned the video with words that read,

“Agar abhi address nahi kiya toh agla Pandemic Mental illness ka ho sakta hai !! #KokiPoochega ~ Episode 7 ~ Out Tonight ~ Dr Geetha Jayaram @srujanproject”.

This interview video was supposed to be published on Monday evening. But somehow it got postponed and will be uploaded anytime today. Apologizing to his fans for the delay, Kartik wrote,

“maaf kar do, Shaam ko Koki so gaya tha Episode 7 tomorrow! Promise #KokiPoochega”.
