Kareena Kapoor Khan Has Waged a War Against Fat 

Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram page and shared a post-workout selfie, captioning it with the words: ‘Dear Fat, Prepare To Die’. These are coronavirus times but despite that Kareena’s will to lose extra fat is not at all affected.

One thing that has stopped during the ongoing lockdown is paparazzi clicking photos of Bollywood celebrities. The hotspots of celeb spotting were airports & gym. Amongst them, the most clicked celebrity is none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan. Kareena has been a gym regular and it has become an everyday phenomenon for her even during the coronavirus lockdown. Kareena after giving birth to Taimur got back in shape after working out religiously and keeping herself fit as ever.

In one latest happening, Kareena took to her Instagram page and shared a post-workout selfie clicked donning a gym attire. Kareena is showing her no-makeup look with hair tied in a bun and getting sunkissed. Bebo’s caption is all about burning the fat and how! Kareena wrote, “Dear fat, prepare to die… Xoxo, me.”

Sometime back during an interview, Kareena opened up about losing post-pregnancy weight by saying,

“Not only had I had a child, but it had also been 10 years since Tashan released. Namrata made me repeat that journey even though [I had aged]. I had child-bearing hips and gained a lot of weight. But, she merely asked me to believe in her. She was set to change my body.”

Coronavirus Lockdown Takes Back Kareena Kapoor Khan Into Past

Kareena added,

“We started our journey with me executing a mere eight repetitions in each exercise because I had weak back post-delivery. Today, Namrata and I trained together, and executed a high-intensity class that involved 20-30 reps, one after another.”

Talking about work, Kareena will next be seen in Laal Singh Chadha opposite Aamir Khan. The movie is set to release in theatres on Christmas Eve this year i.e. 25th Dec 2020.
