Big Boss 13 is in for a complete overhaul when it comes to the upcoming season. This season when it comes to the casting of Big Boss house members, commoners will be replaced by TV celebs and even the Tik Tok celebrities.
Despite Salman Khan making several public threats to leave Big Boss, the show may not give this option to him at all and shut down for good (banking on Big Boss 12 i.e. last season’s low TRP’s) much before he leaves the show.
Ironically, nothing such is on the table i.e. Big Boss 13 is happening as a BollywoodLife report suggests. A close source shared with the portal that Bigg Boss 13 is very much on the cards and also revealed some interesting details from the upcoming season. The source revealed that the trend of getting commoners on the show has been scrapped out completely. For readers knowledge, this trend began back in season 10. In the beginning, this new idea was very much appreciated as experiments continued in season 1, 2 and 6.
What forced this idea out was that the Big Boss audience was having beliefs that the invited commoners were no commoners but people who have some connections with the industry, which disappointed them to a great extent. Some exact words from the source’s statement are, “This decision has been taken after the debacle from last year, where the choices of the commoner participants were questioned blatantly.”
This source also revealed that well-known TV celebs: Vivek Dahiya, Jay Bhanushali, and Mahhi Vij had been approached for the show. As Jay and Mahhi are expecting a baby anytime soon, so they will not be part of the show, at least this season. On the other hand, makers are reportedly eyeing Tik Tok celebrities.
Big Boss 13 has an on-air date that falls almost 3 months from now. And despite his more than busy schedule, it remains to be seen how Salman manages to ensure his appearance on the show.
