It has created controversies time and again but at the end of the day, it is a talent-driven medium and talent is what runs it. Famous celebrities launching their kin and relatives is not new to either the audience or to the industry insiders. Still, there are some who might come in the same bracket but are no less talented.  1. Ranbir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor

The famous ‘Kapoor Khandaan’ of Bollywood has always been an integral part of the Bollywood industry. A few of the father-son duos from the family have come and conquered Bollywood. And following this great lineage, Ranbir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor are the latest in the list. The two have very distinct personalities. Where Rishi Kapoor is a twitter-favourite celebrity who loves to broadcast everything he’s feeling to the world, Ranbir Kapoor keeps it low key and prefers to stay away from the social media. They have also done a movie called ‘Besharam’ together.

 2. Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan

Abhishek and Amitabh Bachchan have appeared on-screen together quite a few times and every time, their work has been appreciated by the audience. Their on-screen camaraderie in movies like Paa, Bunty Aur Babli, Sarkar among others bring out the kind of relationship they share in real life beautifully. The Bachchans are a very close-knit family and the fact that Abhishek Bachchan chose to stay with his parents and not move out only highlights his love for his parents.

 3. Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff

Jackie Shroff is everyone’s ‘Bhidu’ in the industry and has always been the cool dude to hang around with and Tiger Shroff is his son who is known for his dedication, sincerity and hard work. The two haven’t worked on a movie together yet but in Tiger’s first movie Heropanti, Jackie Shroff’s renowned flute music was taken which reminded many people of his father. Tiger is a very obedient son whom his father loves dearly.

 4. Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan

Hrithik Roshan is a treat to watch. But he is so much more than his looks. He looks extremely gorgeous even as a thief in Dhoom 2 and if need be, he can look unglamorous and still make people cry with his acting skills in a movie like Guzaarish. He was launched by none other than his father, Rakesh Roshan who now is a director and a producer but started his journey in Bollywood as an actor. His movies like Khoobsurat, Khel Ke Deewane, Kaamchor were big hits back in the day.

 5. Pankaj Kapur and Shahid Kapoor

Actor Pankaj Kapur compelled the audiences to applaud and laugh with Mussaddilal from Office Office and find evidence with detective Karamchand. Movies like Maqbool, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro, Finding Fanny are some of his acting masterpieces. His understanding of every character he portrayed on-screen made him audience’s favourite. And Shahid Kapoor, his son created an identity for himself in the industry and showed glimpses of his father in intense movies like Udta Punjab, Haider among others. He is a brilliant actor who shared screen space with his father in a movie named ‘Shandaar’ a few years ago.

 6. Harshvardhan Kapoor and Anil Kapoor

Anil Kapoor’s movies have all been ‘Jhakaas’, be it Ram Lakhan, Mr. India, Lamhe or Dil Dhadakne Do. The ‘Young’ Anil Kapoor’s young son, Harshvardhan Kapoor made his entry in Bollywood with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s movie called ‘Mirzya’ which was a period drama. And now his latest film ‘Bhavesh Joshi Superhero’ was a movie of its kind. Both the movies did not do very well at the box office but sure made the critics talking, all good about the lead actor, Harshvardhan Kapoor. The choice of his movies is quite interesting and goes on to show that he is not afraid of taking risks just like his father.

 7. Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Dharmendra

Dharam Paaji ruled the cinema for many years. He was the cute looking jatt who had girls swooning for him. The ease with which he used to act is something that his boys Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol learnt and added to their acting craft. Sunny and Bobby Deol both created their identities different from their father and have had their own styles of acting. The three have done quite a few movies together like Apne, Yamla Pagla Deewana. In fact, the third instalment of the Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se starring the three of them together is slated to hit the theatres soon.
