Father-Daughter Duo, Saif Ali Khan & Sara Could Work Together

Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan are till date counted amongst one of the coolest father-daughter duos in Bollywood. Ever since Sara entered the film industry back in 2018, fans of the Duo have been regularly making a wish to see them share screen space. Saif Ali Khan would love to work with daughter Sara Ali Khan only if the scripts demand it.

In a recent media interaction, when Dad: Saif Ali Khan was asked some questions in this regard. Saif said that if the right script and director comes along the way, both of them are yes for it, but in the meantime, they would like to avoid doing a film together just for the sake of doing it.

Talking to Hindustan Times, Saif uttered below words about prospects of working with Sara in the coming future,

“I would love to but it will have to be a very special script. I think both of us would like to avoid gimmicks. I am sure given the right director and script it can be great. I always make a very clear distinction between my family and career. They are both separate. I never think that I should work with my wife (Kareena Kapoor Khan) or my mother (Sharmila Tagore). In the future as well, I would like to maintain that.”

Saif made his last box office appearance in Jawaani Jaaneman, co-starring debutant Alaya F, and Tabu. The film was well received at the box office. Before that Saif starred in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior opposite Kajol and Ajay Devgn, which was a phenomenal hit too.

During the interview, Saif also expressed his desire to try and find something new instead of giving repeats in the coming future when it comes to his movies.

Talking about his upcoming projects, Saif will next be seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2, co-starring Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and newcomer Sharvari Wagh. The film is set for a release on June 26, 2020.
