Very recently Deepika Padukone opened up about being part of Hrithik Roshan‘s ‘Krrish 4’.

It has been a while now for the rumors that Deepika Padukone will be getting a job in Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming movie ‘Krrish 4’. When this question was posed to the actress during a recent interview, she happened to respond in a rather amusing manner.

On being asked about the same, Deepika shared with National Daily: Hindustan Times,

“That’s news to me! I haven’t heard that one before. Having said that, Hrithik (Roshan) is amazing and talented. As an actor, I would want to collaborate with him.”

Deepika and Hrithik Roshan were attending a party together sometime back. From there she shared a video of her eating the cake which Hrithik fed her. On being asked about the video, later on, Deepika revealed that she had deliberately posted the video so the casting directors would get a wake-up call and cast them together in a movie.

‘Krrish 4’ is part of the famous superhero franchise that is directed by Hrithik Roshan’s Dad: Rakesh Roshan. Whilst Preity Zinta was part of ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, Priyanka Chopra was a part of ‘Krrish 2’. Kangana Ranaut was an addition in ‘Krrish 3’, but the lead actress for ‘Krrish 4’ is yet to be announced by the filmmakers.

Talking about Deepika’s upcoming movies. She will be sharing the screen space with Hubby: Ranveer Singh in Kapil Dev’s Biopic: ‘83, which is a Kabir Khan directorial. Ranveer Singh will play Kapil Dev and Deepika will play Romi Dev, his on-screen spouse.

Meanwhile, Deepika’s home production: Chhapaak, that was a Biopic based on the life of acid attack survivor: Laxmi Agarwal became a victim of politics, due to Deepika’s visit to JNU during anti-CAA protests. Chhapaak was directed by Meghna Gulzar.
