Bollywood’s famous actress Deepika Padukone is currently under the target of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Her name has also appeared in the drugs angle released in the Sushant Singh case. After which NCB has also sent summons to Deepika Padukone on Wednesday and has asked her to appear in the office on Saturday. On Thursday night, Deepika Padukone came back to Mumbai from Goa.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed what questions Deepika Padukone may be asked by NCB on Saturday. According to the media reports, Deepika Padukone’s name came up in this case when her manager Karishma Prakash’s WhatsApp chat was revealed. In the chat, in the year 2017, Deepika talked to her about the transaction of drugs.
According to NCB sources, the agency may ask her three main questions. The first question in these may be, ‘Did you ask for hash in the video in 2017?’ Second question, ‘What do you mean by the word ‘maal’ in your chat?’ At the same time Deepika Padukone can be asked in the third question, ‘Did you buy hash from Karishma Prakash?’ These questions can be important for NCB in the investigation.
Meanwhile Deepika Padukone reached Mumbai from Goa on Thursday night. She was accompanied by husband Ranveer Singh. Deepika Padukone’s husband Ranveer Singh has petitioned NCB that he wants to be with Deepika during interrogation. According to this application, he stated that Deepika sometimes gets nervous. Therefore he should be allowed to stay with them.
Ranveer said that he knows the legal rules that he cannot exist at the time of investigation, yet should be allowed inside the NCB office. Now whether this application of Ranveer will be accepted or not, only time will tell. Summons have also been sent to Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh and Shraddha Kapoor for questioning. They will be questioned on 25 & 26 September.
