A local court in Bihar dismissed a case that requested filing of the case against Bollywood celebs: Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Karan Johar for allegedly abetting Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide. Famed TV Star cum Bollywood Newbie: Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on 14th June, leaving behind no suicide note. As a result, a major part of industry outsiders and insiders from all across the nation believe that Sushant was forced to take his life and this wasn’t a decision of his choice.
To know the real truth behind Sushant’s suicide, Mumbai Police is conducting its investigation. On the other hand, in Sushant’s home state i.e. Bihar, a petition was filed with the court seeking registration of cases against Bollywood celebrities like Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Karan Johar for allegedly abetting the actor’s suicide. But as per a PTI report, the respective court has now dismissed this petition upfront citing jurisdictional limitations.
Here’s The Reason Why This Plea Was Dismissed
Mukesh Kumar, CJM (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Muzaffarpur dismissed the petition filed by local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha, stressing an importance on the fact the matter was outside the court’s jurisdiction.
Ojha Had Quoted Bollywood Actress Kangana Ranaut As One Of The Witnesses
In this petition that was filed barely three days after Sushant’s unexpected death, Ojha had also named among “witnesses”, actress Kangana Ranaut who came out with a couple of angry messages blaming both nepotism and favoritism in the film industry for this tragedy.
But Ojha Remains Unperturbed By The CJM’s Order And Plans To Challenge His Order
Ojha revealed to media reporters,
“I will challenge the CJMs decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice.”
On the other hand, a lot of celebs, especially the ones whose Hometown is Patna have expressed apprehensions about foul play in Sushant’s demise.
