Big B’s Granddaughter Navya Naveli Shares Her Workout Video From The Streets of New York

After you have a look at Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s daughter Navya Naveli Nanda’s recent workout video, it will give you fitness goals in your minds for definite! While most of the B-town kids have made their Bollywood debut or are busy planning to make one, Big B’s granddaughter believes in doing things that are way different but her own. Shweta’s stunning daughter makes heads turn with her public appearances.

Every time any picture or video of her makes a social media debut, it goes viral in no time. In fact, Navya has her own loyal fan following on social media platforms, especially Twitter and Instagram which is evident by the huge number of fan pages that she has, even though she lives abroad and has a private account on Instagram.

In a new video of hers that just surfaced online, Navya Naveli could be seen hitting the streets of New York for her workout regime. In the video, this star granddaughter could be seen clad in a neon sports bra paired with high waist grey jeggings. She completed her gym look with a pair of black sports shoes and tied her hair in a high ponytail. She could be seen flaunting her washboard midriff while working out on the street. Below is the video:

While Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and others have already made their acting debut, on her last visit to Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan, Navya’s mother Shweta Bachchan Nanda had spoken at length on why she doesn’t want Navya to enter the film industry. These were her words,

“I don’t know what Navya’s talent is. I feel, unless she’s completely driven, passionate and talented, she has no business being here. Just because she’s related to some famous people from the industry doesn’t mean she has what it takes”.

When Karan argued with Shweta that she had “drilled it” in Navya’s head that the film industry is a “dark, strange and unstable place”, because of which Navya may have never given films a shot at all till date. Shweta agreed with Karan and justified her doing by saying,

“I think I was excessive (in my analysis). I think I was unfair. I think, I only thought selfishly.”

She explained her stand in detail with words,

“It’s one of the bonuses from coming from a family that’s involved in the movies. I’m seeing the second generation of actors in my family. I also know the heartbreaks and I think I know it really well. I see their faces when things don’t work out… and I don’t want yet another member of the family to be in the business.”

What could be interpreted in clear from Shweta’s words is that, whenever Navya wants to follow the footsteps of her maternal uncle/aunt/grandfather or mother in terms of career choice, she will need to do hard convincing at home.
