Salman Khan was talking to the media at the song launch event of Bharat’s 4th track ‘Zinda’. He was accompanied by Katrina Kaif, Ali Abbas Zafar and other cast members. Here, Salman shared the particular phase in Bharat’s life that was the toughest for him to portray in the movie. Salman for the very first time in his entire career has played all the phases of a man’s life. At the launch event of the track, the actor was queried about the phase in the character’s life that was the toughest to play.
He replied in a humorous way, saying,
“The character of my age was the easiest. This character (during the circus sequence), I had forgotten a few years back so I had to go back and research from my own life and watch old movies of mine. I did remember it in some haze so I had a tough time during this one.”
Salman has left no one unturned to give his best. In this movie, he is undergoing 7 different phases in the character’s life and had to take a lot of hardship while playing the youngest character of the man in the circus. An Eid eve release, Bharat will feature 6 songs that celebrate different Indian festivals and the spirit of its leading man.
Its cast includes Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff. It takes the viewers from India’s post-independence history from the perspective of a common man and follows his life from the age of 18 to 70 years, as a journey.
It is a joint production venture of Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar under the banner of Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd. and Salman Khan Films, presented by T-Series. The film is an Indian Hindi-language historical period drama both written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
