Bhagyashree From ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ to Comeback With Prabhas

Bollywood veteran: Bhagyashree who played Salman Khan’s lady love in the Bollywood Movie ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ revealed details about her comeback film with South Star: Prabhas.

Prabhas gained prominence all over India as a movie star with Baahubali. He is one of those stars from South who are popular both in Bollywood and South film industry alike. Like Rajnikanth.

Coming back to Bhagyashree’s film industry comeback. She had begun shooting for her comeback film with Prabhas before the lockdown came into effect in March end.

Bhagyashree took a break from work right after Maine Pyar Kiya. After all these years of being a happily married person with a son Abhimanyu Dasani who has already made his debut in movies with ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’, Bhagyashree talked about her comeback film with Prabhas.

Bhagyashree talked in length about the film with Pinkvilla, revealing that she and Prabhas were shooting for the film before the lockdown. Indulging in a detailed interaction, Bhagyashree spilled,

“I have been reading scripts and have in fact started working as well. Well, one of the films is with Prabhas. The film’s name hasn’t been announced. Just before lockdown, I had started shooting for it. It is a very interesting character where I had to learn a different skill set for it.”

On why she chose getting married to Himalaya over pursuing a career in the film industry, Bhagyashree said,

“It was a tough call because by then I had realised that I do enjoy acting and I was like I wish I had the possibility of managing both. But no, because he just took over my life. My entire focus and happiness were having him with me. At that point, it was not a tough choice. All that I wanted to do was spend time with him.”

Talking about her wedding. Salman Khan also attended Bhagyashree and Himalaya’s wedding along with ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ director Sooraj Barjatya. Apart from Abhimanyu, Bhagyashree and Himalaya are blessed with a daughter named Avantika Dasani.
