This movie was inspired by a novel called “Five Point” someone by Chetan Bhagat. This movie gave us friendship goals where Rancho the role played by Aamir Khan did a lot for his friends, Farhan(Madhavan) and Raju(Sharman) so that they both get the best jobs. Taare Zameen Par

Taare Zameen Par was released in 2007 directed and produced by Aamir Khan it was a beautiful film where Aamir Khan played the role of a teacher and helped an 8-year-old child Ishan to fight against a disorder called dyslexia. Music by Shankar Ehsaan Loy added so much grace to the movie and made this movie even more beautiful. Aamir Khan did a lot of study about this disorder before he taught of making this movie, also the name of the movie was suggested by Salman Khan. This movie did great at the Box office and also and won numerous awards.

PK was released in 2014 directed by Rajkumar Hirani starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma. In this movie Aamir played the role of an alien, he landed on the Earth for some research and by mistake, he lost his remote control  that was the only source with which he can go back to his planet, during this he met Anushka and how she helped him to get back his remote control, he  fell in love with Anushka during this search of remote control, he also questioned the superstitions and about the different religions. This movie did extremely well at the box office.

Rang De Basanti

Rang de Basanti was released in 2006 directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra starring Aamir Khan, Siddharth Narayan, Soha Ali Khan Kunal Kapoor, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Atul Kulkarni and British actress Alice Patten in the lead roles. The meaning of the title is really beautiful that means “paint me with the colors of spring”, the British actress Sue(Alice) she came across the diary of her  grandfather he was jailer of British times, where he wrote about the freedom fighters that how in his life he has met only two people who cry while facing death and the other one who does not utter a single word but there were the third type of people who have a smile on their face while facing death  like Chandrashekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh. ShivaramGuru,, Ashfaqulla Khan and Ram Prasad Bismil they all sacrificed their lives to save our country from the British rule She wanted to make the documentary on these 5 Freedom fighters and she taught Aamir Khan (DJ) and his friends would be perfect for these roles. Laagan was released in 2001 it is a sports drama film directed by Ashutosh Gowariker starring Aamir Khan, Gracy Singh. This movie revolves around the British Times where the villagers were forced to pay taxes and the British commander Andrew Russell challenged Aamir Khan(Bhuvan) to play the cricket match with him and if he wins he will be exempted from paying the taxes and if he loses the tax will be doubled Aamir (Bhuvan) accepted the challenge and won . Laagan was the third movie to be nominated for the academy award for best foreign language after Mother India and Salaam Bombay. This movie did great at the Box office and was appreciated by the audience.

Dangal

Dangal was released in 2016 directed by Nitesh Tiwari starring Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malthora they both played the adult version of the two Phogat sisters Geeta and Babita, and Zaira Wasim and Suhani Bhatnagar played the role of younger versions of Geeta and Babita. This movie is based on the life of the Phogat family where Mahavir Singh trains his daughters in wrestling, playing the role of Mahavir Singh was tough for Aamir Khan as he had to gain a lot of weight, but he did and did full justice to the role. The collection of this movie was over 600 crores in India as well as overseas this movie broke all the records.

Ghajini

Ghajini was released in 2008 directed A.R Murugadoss starring Aamir Khan, Jia Khan, Asin and Pradeep Rawat in the lead roles. This movie was the remake of the Tamil film released in 2005 by the same name directed by the same director the story of the film was inspired by the film Memento. This movie revolves around a plot where Aamir Khan(Sanjay) was reported suffering from anterograde amnesia where he used to lose his memory after every 15 minutes and used to take photos from his camera to remember the events. This movie did great at the Box Office.

 Dil Chahta Hain

Dil Chahta was released in 2001 it’s a comedy-drama film starring Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar, Preity Zinta, Sonali Kulkarni and Dimple Kapadia, Farhan Akhtar directed this film and it was his first film as a director. It was a fun movie, all about three friends Aakash(Aamir), Sameer(Saif Ali Khan) and Sid(Akshay Kumar) where Aakash was against the concept of love, Sameer was a confused guy who was very romantic and in search of true love and Sid was the one was mature enough and he used to work hard for his living . This movie did great at the Box office and each and every song of the movie was so beautiful that credit goes to the music directors of the film Shankar Ehsaan Loy.

Mangal Panday was released in 2005 directed by Ketan Mehta starring Aamir Khan in the lead role who played the role of Mangal Pandey, this movie is based on the life of Mangal Pandey. This movie revolves around 1857  during the time when our country was under the British control, Mangal Pandey was a sepoy who saved the life of his regiment officer and a strong friendship developed between the two.  Later their friendship was challenged as the paper cartridge in the rifle of was greased with the animal skin pig or beef and consuming animal skin was against the Hindus and Muslims , however Aamir Khan had blind trust on Gordon(officer) and later found out that that rifle was greased with the animal skin and later the war begin. It was the fourth highest grossing movie in 2005.

It was a light-hearted movie where Hazari Prasad (Anupam Kher ) was only interested in finding a rich girl for his son Raja(Aamir), however, Raja was only interested in spending his father,  earlier both Madhu(Madhuri )and Raja(Aamir) used to hate each other but developed feelings for each other lately. This movie did great in terms of collection and Madhuri won Filmfare Award for the best actress that year.
