‘Bala’ Ayushmann Khurrana Appeals His Way Like Shah Rukh Khan Throughout The ‘Don’t Be Shy’ Reprised Version

Ayushmann Khurrana is a sheer delight to watch in Bala song: Don’t Be Shy even as he is emulating superstar Bollywood’s Badshah: Shah Rukh Khan.

Ayushmann Khurrana created a storm when he unveiled his first look – that bald look – from Bala a few days back. Following that, Bala’s trailer created an online store, thanks to the National Award-winning actor. Bhumi Pednekar, who was paired with him in critically acclaimed films Dum Laga Ke Haisha & Shubh Mangal Saavdhan also did a fair job in this trailer, as did Ayushmann’s ‘fair-colored’ Tik Tok love interest Yami Gautam.

Breaking all stereotypes & shining his way, Ayushmann Khurrana is a delight to watch in Bala’s latest song ‘Don’t Be Shy’. This audio single is a classic tune that has been a part of the growing up days for 90s kids. But the makers have not played around with the original song a lot, and in fact, the visuals of this song fit perfectly with the tunes & the song.

A confident Bhumi Pednekar grooves with Ayushmann Khurrana when the song begins. Her confidence then enters into Ayushmann Khurrana as the song ends, when the latter accepts the reality. And amidst all this unrevealing Ayushmann also imitates Shah Rukh Khan by doing the superstar’s signature pose. He also goes on to play piano in the air, much like what Shah Rukh Khan does after his signature pose. It can be said without any words that Ayushmann has our approval & he is undoubtedly the next best thing after the original.

Stree actor Abhishek Banerjee, who acts Ayushmann’s hairstylist in the track, also calls for some limelight with his colored spike hair.

Don’t Be Shy has been composed by the music duo Sachin-Jigar. Apart from Badshah, Sachin-Jigar, Shalmali Kholgade & Gurdeep Mehendi have crooned the song. Amar Kaushik has joined hands with Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films yet again for Bala, after their much-loved movie, Stree.
