Tiger Shroff-Shraddha Kapoor starrer: Baaghi 3 failed to get that predicted huge start in Mumbai and Delhi box offices. The most possible culprit is the Coronavirus outbreak, that prevents people from participating in large gatherings.
Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starring film ‘Baaghi 3’ has got that best opening Box Office of 2020, but that’s not enough to make it a success.
Tiger Shroff’s baby ‘Baaghi’s 3rd installment released in theatres yesterday. The movie has performed fairly well with an opening of 30-35% occupancy, going by the reports of Box Office India. But the occupancy still happens to be lesser than Tiger and Disha Patani-starring ‘Baaghi 2’, that had 55% occupancy on its opening day.
Luckily Agra and Ajmer have shown good Box Office collections for ‘Baaghi 3’. But metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore that were expected to perform better were unable to deliver.
Talking about ‘Baaghi 2’ . It had good collections in Mumbai and Delhi, even if it was lower than expected.
Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh starrer ‘Baaghi 3’ might not fare as expected due to the scare after the coronavirus outbreak, that has forced governments across the world to issue an advisory to its citizens against participation in large gatherings.
The Box Office collection of ‘Baaghi 3’ might reach near to ‘Baaghi 2’, but still not match upto it owing to the external out of control factors.
‘Baaghi 3’s advance collections last Thursday were also hampered for the same reason. Despite the fact that ‘Baaghi 3’ was expected to open at Rs. 20 crores initially, it might have to settle for less now. Helmed by Ahmed Khan, the movie also features Ankita Lokhande as Riteish’s wife.
Businesses suffering due to the coronavirus outbreak is something that is a global happening now. Some Bond movie fans have even urged the filmmakers to delay its release owing to Coronavirus outbreak on global level.
‘Baaghi 3’ makers could have avoided this fate if they had delayed the release of the film.
