Alaya F is an Inspiration When it Comes to Workout

Bollywood Newbie, Alaya F, who is just one movie old, could be seen flaunting her midriff in her latest Instagram post that will give you serious workout goals. Although these are coronavirus times, when it comes to Alaya, she is not in a mood to compromise on her daily workout routine. She is like a 2020 female version of Salman Khan.

Alaya F made her Bollywood debut in January 2020 playing Saif Ali Khan’s daughter in ‘Jawaani Jaaneman‘ with Tabu playing her on-screen mother.  Alaya F, who makes it to the headlines now and then for both her quirky Instagram pics and videos, very recently shared a BTS video, in which she could be seen flaunting her midriff in a white crop top. Alaya’s toned abs are bound to give everyone serious fitness goals.

Alaya in the recent past took up the 50 push-ups challenge and posted it on her Instagram handle. Alaya had captioned the post with words,

“There was a time in my life when I could do 46 push ups in one minute.. but these days my arms want to die after doing just 10. But since you guys chose the 50 push up challenge, I did my best”.

Alaya also shared some videos of her doing yoga. Talking about her family. Alaya is a Bollywood Veteran Pooja Bedi‘s daughter (along with ex-husband Farhan Furniturewalla) and Kabir Bedi’s granddaughter. She was seen in ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ opposite Saif Ali Khan and Tabu. As both her mother and grandfather are Bollywood veterans, then her Bollywood debut could be more a product of nepotism. But despite that, her performance in ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ was pretty much an impressive one.
